Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Does Standard have the same valve as EasyFuel Duo?
No such equivalence is documented. P327793 Standard is a distinct SKU from P327743 Duo; Primus specifically calls out the Duo's threaded and non-threaded valve compatibility. Follow the exact Standard manual and do not transfer Duo connector claims.
Explore this need in the finder →Can Standard cook with an approved screen and adjustable output?
The ID 3277 manual says to use the windscreen accompanying the stove and has a fine-adjustment valve. Its screen must remain in the intended configuration; the manual separately prohibits covering the stove or cartridge. Adjustable output is an authored capability filter, not a low-flame test.
Explore this need in the finder →What does the 385 g number prove?
The Primus table shows 385 g with Standard selected, but labels it only as Weight g—not minimum bare-stove mass or a full fueled kit. No numeric diameter limit is published, so both measurements remain outside strict numeric recommendations.
Explore this need in the finder →Scope note: This is a source-based assessment of Primus EasyFuel Standard SKU P327793 / UPC 7330033327731. I have not field-tested, weighed or operated it. Primus sells a separate Duo-valve option, P327743, which is reviewed separately; the two identities should not be conflated.
The Standard package's main appeal is a straightforward remote burner
EasyFuel uses a hose-fed canister layout, an integrated push-button Piezo igniter and a valve Primus describes as offering fine flame adjustment. This is a single burner, so it can boil and cook one pan at a time, not serve as a simultaneous two-burner range. A remote canister is physically separated from the pot supports, which is a different arrangement from a burner screwed directly onto a cartridge; it does not remove the need for a flat, stable cooking surface and a clear hose path.
The US product page lists a nylon storage bag and says gas is not included. The EasyFuel II EF family manual says to use the windscreen that accompanies the stove. Treat that as approval of the exact accompanying component in its intended position—not a generic license to add metal panels or enclose the fuel cartridge. The manual warns against covering the stove and cartridge, and calls for outdoor use only. Confirm the exact package parts and instructions, especially if shopping used or for an older version.
Do not generalize the model-page numbers
The Primus page displays SKU P327793 when Standard is selected, with a table listing 3,000 W, 215 g/h, four minutes and 385 g. The model-family manual gives approximately 2.5 kW and 175 g/h with a 0.40 mm jet, so the output and consumption figures conflict. The manufacturer boil figure is not an independent result; water volume, pot type, starting temperature, wind and altitude matter. Primus does not call 385 g a minimum mass or state whether it covers every component, so this cannot certify a hard minimum-weight cap.
There is also no published maximum cookware diameter on the reviewed Standard page. The line “fits larger pots” and a product photograph cannot substitute for a model-specific limit. If you need a particular pan width, verify that the current manual or Primus supports your exact pot rather than inferring it from the fold-out supports.
Standard is not Duo
Standard P327793 and Duo P327743 are separate retail configurations. Primus specifically describes the Duo valve as compatible with threaded (Lindal) and non-threaded canister valves; the page does not extend that claim to Standard. The family manual instructs the user to use Primus LP cartridges numbered 2202, 2206 and 2207, and warns that connecting other types of cartridge can involve risk. Accordingly, a threaded valve alone is not proof of MSR 80/20 or Jetboil JetPower approval. Keep the question of connector interface separate from the specific cartridge and mixture permitted by the exact instructions.
The same manual requires at least 500 mm clearance to flammable material at ceiling and walls, use of the included ground protection on a level surface and the hose fully extended toward the cartridge. It says not to cover the stove/cartridge and not to leave a lit appliance out of sight. Use the correct supplied screen, never improvise an enclosure, inspect seals and perform any leak check outdoors without an open flame. Those precautions are more important than the brand's “easy” label.
Best fit and buying checks
Compare Standard if you want a compact one-burner remote-canister stove, integrated Piezo and adjustable control, and can source the manual-specified fuel. Choose based on the exact P327793 SKU and exact package, not a listing that silently substitutes Duo. It is not a researched match for an exact MSR/JetPower fuel requirement, a known maximum pot size or a strict bare-stove weight cap. Read Primus' variant-specific page and family instructions before use. This assessment has no current price/stock claim and no hands-on performance verdict.
